Clienting intratégico
Generar lealtad

Intrategic clienting is a strategic
management approach to human resources which involves the explicit
integration of all the business strategies affecting the employee,
either prior to the selection process, during selection, or afterwards
in his or her capacity as employee. In other words, clienting
concentrates all the actions relevant to the creation of employee
company loyalty in a single strategy.
The economic interests
of the company and the broader interests of the environment do
not necessarily have to be in conflict. At present, companies
develop their economic activities and "dump" the consequences
of these activities onto the only world that we have. The authors
encourage managers and business executives to adopt a more proactive
policy directed towards sustainable growth. They point out the
main areas in which action is needed, and explain why. The significant
example of Interface is used to show how implementing environmental
strategies can bring real financial benefits. |
