Resumen:

Intrategic clienting is a strategic management approach to human resources which involves the explicit integration of all the business strategies affecting the employee, either prior to the selection process, during selection, or afterwards in his or her capacity as employee. In other words, clienting concentrates all the actions relevant to the creation of employee company loyalty in a single strategy.

The economic interests of the company and the broader interests of the environment do not necessarily have to be in conflict. At present, companies develop their economic activities and "dump" the consequences of these activities onto the only world that we have. The authors encourage managers and business executives to adopt a more proactive policy directed towards sustainable growth. They point out the main areas in which action is needed, and explain why. The significant example of Interface is used to show how implementing environmental strategies can bring real financial benefits.
