According to professor Javier Quintanilla, "new technology, rapid globalization and increased competition is changing companies' entire operations and client expectations". To adapt to the rithym of the new economy both companies and workers alike have been forced to become more flexible, creative and mobile. So, said Guiseppe Adezio from Sony, "one of the most important parts of mobility is to motivate people".
