"The interview is the key stage in the admissions process. From the 1,200 completed applications we receive every year, around 900 meet all the requirements necessary to come for an interview. Only 216 of these will gain a place on the MBA Program."
"The paperwork allows us to select well qualified people, a condition that is essential but not sufficient on its own. Only personal contact will allow us to assess the candidate’s human qualities. We are looking for excellent professionals with an ability to work in a team and the capacity for leadership and proactivity, intangible qualities which guarantee that they will fit in with the working rhythm and environment at IESE", explains Angeles Losa, associated director of the Admissions Office.
