Interview with José Manuel Campa, coordinator of the Conference on European M&As, Corporate Restructuring and Consolidation Issues

On 16 March, the Centre for International Financial Research (CIIF) organized a Conference in Barcelona aimed at analyzing merger processes in the new environment of the euro zone and strengthening IESE’s capacity as a center for the generation and dissemination of ideas. According to Professor José Manuel Campa, we still have to remove many obstacles that are impeding mergers between European countries.
