Brussels
Belgian Alumni participated in a Continuous Education session with Prof. Bruno Cassiman at the Patronat Català Pro Europa on Jan. 13.

Buenos Aires
On Dec. 13, alumni in Argentina were invited to a session with the Dean of IESE, Jordi Canals. Dean Canals discussed “IESE and Executive Development.”

The Hague
On Jan. 12 in The Hague, a Continuous Education session was held that included the participation of Kees Storm, member of the board of AEGON. Twenty-five alumni participated in the session, titled, “Innovation: Key to Competitive Advantage.”

London
On Jan. 27, IESE Alumni met at the facilities of The Royal Overseas League for a Continuous Education session. Prof. Santiago Álvarez de Mon taught the session, which was titled, “Self-leadership: the Real Challenge.”

A few days later, on Feb. 10, another Continuous Education session was led by Prof. Adrian Done, titled “Technology as Driver and Enabler of Change.”

New York
On Dec. 9, New York alumni gathered for a session with Prof. Paddy Miller, titled “Orchestrating Leadership: Learning from Conductors, A Message for Global Business?” The meeting was held at BBVA Securities Inc, thanks to the assistance of German Voss (GEMBA ‘03).

Pamplona
Alumni in Pamplona met for a Continuous Education Session at the CIMA (Centro de Investigación de Medicina Aplicada), led by the center’s director, Francisco Errasti.

Paris
Prof. Mike Rosenberg led a Continuous Education session for alumni in France on Feb 28. The meeting took place at the facilities of France-Ameriques, and focused on the current business climate.

Reyjavik
IESE alumni in Iceland gathered on Jan. 21 for a session with Prof. Eric Weber at the campus of Reykjavik University.

San Francisco
Alumni in Los Angeles and students in the Global Executive MBA program, (Class of 2005) met for a Continuous Education session titled, “Sports Business Management: Similarities and Differences to Management in Other Businesses.” The session was led by George Foster of Stanford University on Feb. 16.

Santiago de Chile
On Dec. 10 in Santiago de Chile, Dean Canals met with Chilean alumni for a session held at BCI. More than 60 people participated.

Sao Paulo
On Dec. 11, Dean Jordi Canals led a Continuous Education session in Sao Paulo for alumni in Brazil.

Toronto
IESE alumni based in Toronto sent us a photograph of an informal gathering for alumni in Canada, organized at the home of Matti Jalakas (MBA ’84), on Nov. 27.

Zurich
Prof. Heinrich von Liechtenstein led a session titled, “How to Cope with Wealth,” for alumni who reside in Switzerland, on Dec. 3
